Training Information

We have 2 adult class and 2 junior classes per week.

Both our junior class is held on Monday and Thursday Nights, at St Oswalds Church Hall, Lancaster Road, Knott End on Sea, Poulton Le Fylde, Lancashire. FY6 ODU

Junior Classes (4 - 12) are 18:00 – 19:30

Adult Classes (13+) are 18:30 – 20:00.

Beginners are always welcome to come and join in the lesson, and should just turn up at one of the lessons with some loose fit clothing. Or can simply come to watch to see if it is the martial art for them.

At Preesall we teach the WTF style of Taekwondo and self-defence. WTF stands for World Taekwondo Federation, the headquarters of which are in Seoul, South Korea. Our general teachings and practices originate from South Korea. Our lessons include all aspects of Taekwondo, for example:

:: Improving fitness, speed, strength and flexibility.

:: Kicks, blocks and strikes
:: Patterns
:: Board breaking
:: Self-defence and knife defence
:: Sparring

Prices
Please note that the following prices could be subject to change. Please check with the instructor for the latest information.

License, insurance & membership

Adults (16+ years) :: £20 for membership and insurance
Junior (5 - 15 years) :: £15 for membership and insurance

Training Fees
Adult ::
  £4.00 – pay on the day (Normal done in 12 weeks blocks which is discounted)
 

Junior ::          
  £3.50 – pay on the day (Normal done in 12 weeks blocks which is discounted)

Grading

These are held approximately every four months.
